TimeCentre TeleTrak is an efficient and reliable data collection method to keep track of your labor and job costs. TeleTrak allows employees to perform any function they would normally do at a time clock from any touch-tone telephone. By responding to a series of prerecorded voice prompts, employees can clock in and out, access messages from their supervisor, check their hours for the week and even obtain information on their last punch in the system. All employee entries can be validated for accuracy.

With this system, incoming employee information is validated for accuracy, labor costs are calculated and distributed and accurate payroll data can be provided to payroll and HR programs. NETimeClock is deployed rapidly from a central server to users everywhere. Employees simply point their browser to TimeCentre, enter a unique ID and record information on their work activities.

Once employees clock in, this information can immediately be accessed by a supervisor for front line management, payroll and labor distribution analysis. NETimeClock users can log on to retrieve time sheets, schedules, paid time off balances, and more.
